Famous Thai spicy hot jungle curry without coconut milk cooked with aurbergines, courgettes, sliced bamboo shoots, red and green peppers, baby corns, fine beans, carrots and mushrooms. Choose from chicken or pork or beef or vegetables. 

MUSSAMAN LAMB CURRY (N) *

Slow-cooked diced lamb in mussaman curry sauce simmered with diced onion and sweet potato, topped with cashew nuts.

King scallops cooked in yellow curry sauce with sliced sweet potatoes, diced fresh mangoes, cherry tomatoes, carrots, red and green peppers and onions. 

STIR-FRIED MIXED VEGETABLES *

Stir-fried mixed vegetables with baby corn, broccoli, cauliflowers, mushrooms, mange touts, Chinese leaves, bean sprouts and carrots in oyster sauce.

Lightly batter crab meats with curry sauce, onions, spring onions, celery, red and green peppers, egg and milk.

STIR-FRIED BLACK TIGER PRAWNS

Stir-fried lightly battered prime black tiger prawns with cashew nuts, mushrooms, spring onions, sliced pineapples, onions, red and green peppers and carrots.

DEEP-FRIED SEABASS

Deep-fried fillet of sea bass placed on a bed of steamed spinach and rice flat noodles topped with black bean and ginger sauce.

STIR-FRIED GAI PRIK GANG

Stir-fried lightly battered chicken with chili paste sliced kaffir lime leaves and fine beans.

CHAR-GRILLED KING PRAWN (N)

Special cooked in panang curry sauce.

CRISPY DUCK WITH THAI FRUITS
